"Mike Fisher" "the expert" said that my computer should be examined by him to tell me that what needs to be done otherwise it will be hacked, I did not be leave him and did not accept his offer of overhauling my computer system. He is waiting for me to call him.

Scam call reported by


Identified self as microsoft certified tech. Called and wanted to check my computer to see if it was running okay. Allowed the person to enter computer, claimed he fixed it and charged a fee to put on an anti spy ware to protect my machine from hackers. My machine was being hacked. Two weeks later called back claiming he applied Windows 8 and I had Windows 10 and therefore the anti package was not compatible and did not work and wanted to clean my machine again and of course for another fee. And when I didn't want to pay him again he locked my computer.

I also fell for the scam. These people should be put in jail. I was able to get money back. Microsoft said they will never call or put a message on your computer.
