This is the Call Center for Medicare & is a very good service. When you call you either talk to a pharmacist or pharmacist tech regarding any mediation you take & answer questions about any thing you are concerned about.

SinfoniaRX, they work with Medicare's MTM program., Negative calling experience. I opted out of this damn program months ago. Yet this company contacted a doctor I don't even see anymore in order to confirm my medications. I have once again opted out for LIFE. Explaining that if they ever contact me again for any reason, I will report them. Have BLOCKED THEIR NUMBER JUST IN CASE.

I hope you end up in the hospital because something was missed with your medications. It happens all the time and it's something a 10 minute review of you medications, once a year could catch.

Not really. I think it's dumb to not do it though. Medication errors happen all the time. It's pretty easy to go to CMS.gov and search MTM and see that this program is mandated by CMS and that every part D sponsored Rx drug plan provide this to patients, each year they qualify. They get a letter about it and a call.

Dude...what an idiotic statement to make. CMS does NOT mandate the used of MTM and they are calling elderly people with dementia and senility...unable to make decisions, yet trap them into their services. Wait until you get that age. I am guessing that is the only time you will finally understand.
