Dept collector looking for my ex-husband. When I spoke with someone they asked my name and I told them that I didn't know cause they called me and when I told them who they asked for and I told them and he said that I didn't know who that was and they said that they would remove my number. I got my number changed after I left my ex and don't have a clue how they got my number.

A man by the name of Derek Rogers from ERM Associates called and said that I was being subpoenaed from something I was supposedly old in 2009 that was charged off he threatened me that if I did not make a full payment that I would be subpoenaed and go to court. This person makes you believe it's legit and using scare tactics to get money. Beware and if you see this number don't answer or give them any personal information just listen get the information and call someone to represent you like I am.

They called me reporting that they had served me a notice and was dur at court on a set date unless funds were paid in full at time. They only accept credit card and state they wish for you to follow through with a c.c. number or that they will see you in court. Little did they know it bounced off a florida number on my caller ID and I'm in Michigan so I didnt answer but they did leave the voicemail described above while some guy in the back ground was talking mind you lmao. SCAM CALL BEWARE AND DONT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO.
