Various people and numbers. They called yesterday and my friend gave them info and they hacked her FSA ID. When answering, tell them the conversation is being recorded and watch how fast they hang up. These people attempted to apply for aid and steal my friends identity. Beware. They know their stuff and speak English well and claim to be student loan forgiveness program. There is no such program where they would need to call, as the only way currently to have loans discharged is through bankruptcy and even that is rare, as of 8-2016

Well that's actually not factual to say bankruptcy is the only way. There are several different resources available, in truth.
In any case, it doesn't have to do with these people because they aren't the sort to actually help. They are frauds. Be aware, people.
