Every day and sometimes twice a day I get a call from XPOLogistics which says to call this number to arrange my delivery. I don’t have any deliveries and after days of this call I called the number and reached a human who also confirmed I didn’t have any deliveries so I asked to stop receiving these calls but they continue at least daily

This company was hired by another company that we purchased a mattress from and needed to return. I missed their call and when I called back from the number that they called me on the digital system said that they cannot locate my number in the system and when I talked to human he wanted me to verify my address to him before they would come and pick up the mattress. I told him I wasn’t going to give him my address because he should already have that and he was rude and aggressive about it and over talked me and then hung up on me while I was trying to explain why that is an unsafe practice for me to do. Then my husband called back and we THINK he spoke with the same guy who ended up verifying the address after my husband asked to speak with the supervisor. My husband had to be very straightforward and aggressive with him to get anywhere and it shouldn’t have to be that way and he should’ve respected my concerns over the telephone.
