AT&T upgrade fraud (Scam call) reported by


They called they were AT&T upgrade didn't let me speak transferred me to an 'account manager' said his name was Frank Castle like the comic book character. Asked for my name and repeated my phone number and address back to me and I asked for a phone number, gave me this number, when I asked for an extension, he hung up.
