I received a call from 240-318-12xx (Clinton, MD). It was a computerized message, stating he was the Head Arbitrator, D. S.. The message stated I need to call them regarding me being served official papers. The phone number left in the message was 844-809-28xx claim #198357.

It was an automated voice message from (409) 908-3826. It was from Head Arbitrator, Mike Stafford, stating there was a pending motion being filed against me in county court. It referenced a case number and said to call 844-221-3469. As others have mentioned, it's a scam. The recording inserts a recorded name of your voice into the voice message.

I received the exact same call on my mobile phone on 8/30/2018 at 3:27 PM. The voicemail that was left indicated that the caller was Head Arbitrator Mike Stafford from County Mediation Services. As others have said, the message contained a recording of my name in a different voice than his and then went on to leave a case # and said that paperwork was being filed in county court. Then the phone number 8448092881 was left as a callback number, and said that this was official notification. I have reported this call to the Indiana Attorney General's office because I know that it is absolutely a scam 100% I advise anyone who may receive the same call to not answer and block the number immediately.

I was called from a 630-387-6567 which is my are code but number left to call back was 844-809-2881. Mike Stafford with County Mediation Services said this was my official notice of a county case against me but using my maiden name. I have reported this to the FCC.

The caller left a voicemail message on my cellular phone. He identified himself as the head arbitrator, Mike Stafford, for county mediation but the name he said he was serving with case number CR277351 was not my name! He then gave the call back number of 844 809 2881, not even my area code, and I called my county courthouse instead of the number he left. I was told there wasn't such a person there and it was probably a scammer.

First of all , I work for a law firm and this is not the way anyone is EVER contacted or advised of mediation. There are many rules of civil procedure that must be followed prior to any of the nonsense that "David" is speaking of. Furthermore, law firms do not miss represent themselves in this manner. Same number 844 809 2881, scammer.

I got the same exact thing only asking for me in my previous married name from 8 years ago. I am worried they figured out how to scam all the phone numbers out of my phone cause NOW all my friends and family are getting calls saying that this Mike person is looking for me for a pending litigation, which is not true. None of the phone numbers used or left to call back are valid. They are all on the scam sites when you google or look up the phone numbers.

I received the same call a few minutes ago. They called using a area code within my state but told me to contact them at 844-809-2881. No one has every called me and told me that they were filling charges on me or taking me to court. If its for a bill then I will get the papers in mail. This is ridiculous.

A guy claiming to be the arbitrator for mediation he left a short message asking for my name and then provided a case number. when i called back and he asked for a case number i hadn't listen to the message to retrieve the case number when i called back and advised that i had not be involved in any type of court issues the person hung up when i called back a woman answered and stated please hold and never returned to the line.. this is a TRUE SCAM

He’s called before it’s a David smith suppose to be an official government agency (that’s bull). About a year ago he called also. Such an annoying calls. They gave your name but he won’t give you much else a case # then he wants you to give him all your personal information and says that’s whom I’m calling. I made this mistake once before never again.

guy called threatening stating that filings with the county courts office were happening unless I called back. Said "you have officially been notified" the number he called from was different. 405-267-9329 but he instructed me to call 844-809-2881. When I looked up this number it says it hacks your computer. Wouldn't be surprised if it hacked my phone.

MY COMPUTER SCREEN FILLED WITH RED COLOR AND THE MESSAGE WAS THAT MY COMPUTER WAS HACKED, CALL THE POSTED NUMBER AND NOT TO TOUCH OR USE MY COMPUTER. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO COLLECT MY INFORMATION AND CHARGED ME $199.99 AND SAID THEY FIXED IT AND I HAD A FIREWALL FOR 5 YEARS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS A SCAM.THE PERSON i TALKED TO HAD A FOREIGN ACCENT.

Had a heavy Midfle Eastern accent, broken english, made up some information about my computer having a virus. Tried to scam my parents info letting this **** onto their windows workstation.
