Scam call, trying to get personal info. Comast would never ask for this info. I told them that I would report them immediately. DO NOT trust this number as it is not Comacast and it is NOT affiliated in any way with Comcast! They will steal your personal info.

They are with comcast...they were selling the new services, I ordered them and they never sent the new boxes (finally going to get them soon)...so not a scam, but maybe not the best way to get the new package?

I received a call from this number and the person claimed to be a Comcast Representative who wanted to upgrade my service. They wanted me to "confirm" too much info that Comcast should have known. I ended up hanging up on them and contacted Xfinity via there online chat. There, Xfinity confirmed that was not one of their numbers associated with their company.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 84476276xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

They called me too

It seems like a 3rd party call center trying to sell Comcast services. I don't think its a scam, I think they just get commission if they upgrade your package or get a sale.
