I enjoyed the vet at my local Banfield. I moved out of area and cancelled my plan. I keep getting not only wellness calls from the office but also get "collection" calls from them as well. I would keep going, however, I am OUT OF AREA. So, yeah. The Vet was great! This wellness plan company sucks for keeping track and all that.

I cancelled my Banfield plan but, they said I was still responsible to pay the full remaining amount of the plan. So, I cancelled my visa card so they could not do that. They are a scam and I refuse to pay.

I no longer want this plan with Banfield veterinarian clinic because I switched to Petco Thrive. It’s been over a year and I’ve paid on auto every single month. Yet, they call and call, and super harass me about this plan. I do not owe money, but they act as debt collectors and as if I owe a great deal of money when I owe nothing. They are relentlessly awful!!!
