I am not, and have never been, a member, but have received calls to pay back debts on my membership. I called what I thought was the main customer service phone number (1-603-750-0001)to report my problems. They looked up my phone number and found it at one of their gyms attached to another name. They gave me the phone number of the gym under which my phone number was listed. When I called, they claimed my number was not actually listed and said I should just block the number.
