"Unusual activity on your Microsoft Account" (Robocall) reported by


It was a robot that called me from this number and told me to call them back at the same number. I told the "technician" that I had unusual activity on my account. He asked if I used a laptop or desktop. I told him I only have an Xbox, not a PC (true). He told me I need to contact my local store. I asked him if he had the number and he told me no. He told me his name was Peter Brown.

Same here, a scam call. I played along and the real catch is they direct you to one of their servers and have you install software.

Robocall repeatedly saying they were going to disable my microsoft account as they there is someone trying to access my account from out of the country. Call back for technical support.
