They're a debt collection agency without a doubt. When they call and I answer nobody responds. I can hear background noise, but no answer. At the very least I would like to know from whomever's behalf they're contacting me?

This is the most annoying company with no respect and they harass people in the worse way possible. They dont understand that people have financial problems and they keep calling everyday i am sick and tired i will file a complaint about their rudeness and disrespectt towards people

They harass and call daily until they speak to who they want.
This is a firm that should learn how to approach people.
They might have better success in collecting on bad debt.
