This is a legit call. They were calling me every single day but never answering when I answered. After about 2 months I got frustrated and decided to call back just to say "If you're going to keep calling the least you could do is leave a voicemail and or answer when I pick up." After arguing with the gentleman on the phone Devon that this was likely a scam, I owed no money, I have no warrants, blah blah blah. At some point after listening to him answer each of my questions with what sounded like reasonable responses we got to a point where I confirmed for him some of my info so that he could tell me what I owed. He wasn't wrong, I had somehow missed a bill come through the mail for an ambulance ride I had to take. They didn't want my money directly and told me I could go to any place that UHN serviced and pay their, he also gave me info for paying online through UHN as well, and then of course offered to do it through them directly. THIS IS NOT A SCAM! I feel awful for these people who answer the phone for their company as I'm sure they're yelled at non-stop for being a scam, but they truly are not!
