He kept asking if it was me and I wouldn’t answer yes. And then said I’ll leave a message for her “this is whatever his name was, my number is whatever he said it was and then said I need (my name) to call back” and then hung up. Should I call back?

Guy calling seemed to forget his callback script, or was confused about why he was calling me; the vmail I got was very odd & choppy, making me think at first it's a scammer, trying to fear people out of money. I have a lot of medical debt so I don't answer random #'s, & I didn't call back, but I'm adding this # to my SPAM contact
