Maeesha from NRG calling saying I cancelled my policy with them and am no longer eligible for cash back. I never had them as my energy supplier, they frame their wording in a way that makes it sound like you were with them and unknowingly switched when realistically you may have never had service with them and this is an attempt to sign you up.
