The caller said he was calling form the Wells Fargo executive office to follow up on a complaint that I had submitted. I gave him no details, but he did seem to be aware of the complaint.

Caller ID said Wells Fargo - IT'S NOT!!! They started asking "verification" questions, so I said "let me call you back" and was given 855-931-2468 (a different number). I called the number on the back of my Wells Fargo card and asked the rep "is this from you guys" and the rep said "NO, that's not a number in our system, so it's a great thing you didn't give them any info" It's a scam - If you gave any info, call your bank directly, right now and protect your account!!!
