they sent me an e-mail with this phone number stating that my social security number has been used for fradulent & illegal activity and that my social security number will be suspended within 24 hours with regards Social Security Administration United States of America. But the social security number they gave me that they say is mine is not even close to my number.

They called me saying it was for my US Federal student loan (I’m from Canada). I asked which country they’re calling from and she said “I’m in the east but we have offices all over the country” so I asked again “what is the name of the country that you’re calling me from?” And she hung up on me.

The caller had indian accent, claimed I had a problem with my computer and he would fix it. he asked me to open safari and go to www.biz . do / S C R 0 (I intentionally added spaces so no one can click on it) After I got the website, I told him I just located you, he hung up!!
