The number is legitimate. They are a service that RCU Credit Union, and I guess other card issuers, use when there is possible fraud. I verified this with RCU. I gave the number a neutral rating only because they called and texted MY phone about someone else's account so maybe they have unreliable technology . . . or maybe some account user gave RCU a wrong phone number.

Received Phone Call/Voice Mail from this number regarding suspicious activity on my Debit Card. I called my Bank directly and there was suspicious activity (2 false charges) on my debit card. Call was apparently legitimate.

Then asked to confirm a list of transactions.
