I did not answer the call, however the voicemail left by "Gregory Barnes," states he is from "the compliance division," and there is a case against me. He states that they will be filing with my county's court unless I call the number he left. He does not state the company he is working for. Threatens to call my place of employment. Says they attempted to contact me several times, including through the mail, which I never received a letter from any one about a court case.

They called to tell me I have 15 counts of Fraud against me in the name of Michelle Jenkins. I have not been known by that name in 7years and that they are going to serve me.

SCAM!!! I pay all of my bills and have NO outstanding debt. This number keeps calling me and also my husbands phone. We involved my lawyer and when we gave them my name and case number on call back they "magically" did not have neither in their system. These people need to get a real job like the rest of us and stop trying to steal people's money. Good luck, I'm not falling for any of these calls.

I got a call from a Paula Shaw. She said I would be served at my home or work. She wouldn't tell me what it was for only that I should call 844-561-9977 and give them the Pre Trial Dicket # C72114 and they would tell me what is it for. She then told me Good Luck.
