I'm rating this positive because of my experience with this firm. I have a debt which they carry and they call me every month to arrange payment for that month. so as they may be sleaze because they're a debt collector, I have an arrangement made with them and so they are not soliciting me for business I don't already know about.

Call at least once per day and generally in the afternoon. Claims they have outstanding medical debt from 2004. They never leave a message only make the call and when I did answer it is obviously an auto-dialer as had to say "Hello" 3 time as caller picked up as I was about to hang up. Also, cannot say my name.
