Despite replying to countless emails and phone calls to my home and work at all hours of the night and day that im not interested and to quit trying to contact me, they continue to flood my email and call to sell me on reducing my mortgage loan percentage. I did the numbers and went with a HELOC years ago. Please stop!!

Was a voicemail. He knew my loan type and my current rate and was offering to lower it. Not sure if he's legit or not... I would think I would receive this offer via the mail. Carrington is a large company... hard to get the right person when I call them... so I find it hard to believe that they are simply calling me to help ME get a lower rate as that would lower their profit from my loan. Mortgage companies do not usually offer that, you have to go asking to get a better rate.

Carrington Mortgage (Patrick Flynn) offering to lower interest rate, I was not to sure that this was actually Carrington mortgage as I deal with the California office and mr. Flynn stated he was in Indianapolis so I said I'd call back and he gave me a direct line to him. After some searching online I find that Carrington does not have a branch in Indianapolis they are in another city in Indiana so I'll be calling my main office I deal with.

Called at 8:45p saying they were with Carrington Mortgage. Anita gave “direct” line. After receiving the VM, I called back. She wanted my account number which I didn’t provide but let her know I’d call Carrington back tomorrow during normal business hours. She kept trying to give me her number. I declined that number stating that I’d call the main line. She said that they wanted to lower my payment.
