Called saying I owed a payment but already let them know I couldn’t pay and they gave me a 3 month extension on my contract because of the pandemic. She went silent and hung up. Just wanted my card number or account number. Scam!

Said we owed them money said how could that be we are on auto pay. She went silent said oh the bill they are calling about was before we went to auto pay I asked her if they could just add it to the auto pay and she said no that I needed to give her my credit card # --oh hell no.

When you cancel their service make sure they cancel it. They can’t seem to do that and every time they call it’s another monthly payment because the people in the account department never cancel and always have a new rule. Have been trying to cancel for 4 months. Hopefully today is the last time.

This is Brinks and scamed my account and trying to get money which I cut them off when discovered and called them twice to stop as never used them and have no idea what they are to be doing as already had security for years not them. They are trying to ruin my credit rating now. Don't know how to stop them. so angry that they can do this. I do not answer their calls.

They call me about 7 times a day. I have picked up once, and they asked if I was a male. I explained that I was a 15 year old female, and not to call me again since I am in school and have absolutely nothing to do with the guy they were looking for, and then they apologized for the inconvenience and hung up. They didn't call me for a few days, then the calls continued roughly 10 days later, where they had called me every 3 hours the whole day.

Pure harrassment from Brinks security. I fulfilled my 5 yr contract plus 8 months. Brinks purchased the original company and things went downhill. They owe me $170 which they lied several times saying they would refund. Instead they're trying to charge another $30. When I answer they hang up and refuse to discuss the matter so I've blocked them!
