Calls multiple times a day everyday and hangs up or just repeats hello as I answer. Called back a couple times to no answer or a hang up after answer. Today I found out it’s compny is Gentech but wouldn’t disclose the call or company purposes till verification of my name.

Call is from gyntech or something, debt collection from synchrony bank. People are so paranoid. You missed a payment, they want their money. It’s not a scam or phishing call. Pay them and they will stop calling.

Called the number right after it called me. When I called it said to call back during business hours... and today’s hours (Saturday), were 8-4:59 EST... and it was about 5:20 PM when I received the call. Number is now BLOCKED.

This number is a green line, probably for some company as a client's service number where the call is paid by the company itself. Haven't found which company owns this number, has anyone seen it before? Anyway the question is where they got my number, toll free or not don't call me, simple.

From my research on line and personally this number belongs to Old Navy...

It's a company that claims to work for Synchrony Bank, which is the bank for Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy credit cards. They try to talk to get you to talk about your account over the phone but it is a complete scam. I recommend telling them you are reporting them if they don't stop calling.
