Received a voice mail threatening legal action if I didn't call back immediately. When I did, no company name or anything, just if you know your parties extension press it now or dial 0 for next available operator. When I got someone on the line, I explained I had received a voice mail. She indicates they are looking for xxxx (who is my ex-husband of 25 years) and wants to know where he is. When I explained that we had been divorced for 25 years, and I was tired of getting these calls, she bombarded me with questions, explanations that they have never called and would not give me a chance to speak. When I tried to tell her that I didn't like to be threatened, she kept interrupting me and that's when I told her to 'shut up and give me a chance to speak' she hung up on me. Really!! You call me and threaten me and then don't allow me to speak and give you the information you want! Screw you people. I called again and told her that he was in prison, where it was located and not to call my number again. In my situation, the **** I was married to has given my number out as a "reference". After physically abusing me and molesting young girls, he wants a character reference. And now people are calling me to find him for fraudulent dealings he participated in. Don't accept these calls unless you know they are legit.

The call has nothing to do with my husband or I. It is about my step daughter. Mark wall wants to know where she is. We don"t know. I returned the call only to find out he can't take calls because his mailbox is fulll. He threatened he would go to the proper authorities. I don't take any threat lightly. If Mark Wallace was a legitimate businessman, he would have done it. Yet he can **** our phones up which is my house phone and 2 cell phones.

These people called and said they were going to file legal action over an payday loan I never took out over 5 years ago. I called the bank where the account was located & they confirmed there was NO RECORD of a payday loan/deposit/debt ever taking place so these people are full of BS. They're using scare tactics & I will report their abuse.

called my work phone after I asked them not too, then they call my cell twice (2 minutes apart), yesterday they called my niece with the same last name!!! what kind of legal practice is this? I consider this harassment? I am keeping a log and will file a complaint!!!!!!!!!!!!!
