Scam using AT&T name (Telemarketer) reported by


A typical call requiring you to call for information on what needed to be returned because of a change in your service. However, I have no AT&T equipment nor service. When I have returned these types of call, they can't give you any of the required information until you properly identify yourself. That will be name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, last 4 digits of you SS# and never ever respond to a request for your credit card number so they can look up your account to determine what service you changed. Until you call back they do not have your identity. You were called by a random number generator. Never answer or believe anything left in a message. Instead of calling the number they give, enter the number into a google search and see if you end up in this sort of scam call reporting website. Good luck!

Wanted personal information. I verified my name but they would not tell me what the call was for. They are foreign a seem to be digging for information that is more personal. Refuse to go any further with the call because I would not say yes on the phone. Threatened me with legal action, but not sure for what still.

Keeps calling and hanging up. Never ask for anyone. So I decided to get a friend to lookup number up at phone company. I recently got this number and do not have any debt. So the next time they call I am going to ask them to stop calling and report them DNC and get a friend of the family to file a lawsuit against them. I pulled my phone record and I currently Have 13 calls from them in 22 days.
