The man claimed to be a Microsoft tech support for my dad, and said there were viruses on my dad's computer. It didn't make sense what the man was saying because my dad's PC has been unused for two years. During the call,I annoyed the man and he later revealed he had my dad's mailing address, email address, cell number, and credit card number and threatened to charge $2000 to my dad's credit card. He called again the next day. I want those scammers to stop harassing my family.

They called us a couple months ago. My bf had no idea when he got the call and was very mad at me for all. The viruses. He let them into his computer. He paid 500 for their damage. It took me forever to get that junk off his computer. I had to work with the real Microsoft and Norton to get all ofthe stuff they loaded. This costed extra money to fix. It was paid on creditcard so we got the money back. So glad he pays for stuff on the credit card. Wish there was a way to stop them from destroying others who dont know what is going on.

Computer hacker (Scam call) reported by Fred D
The man told me that it was urgent that he fix my computer due to viruses that alerted him of my computer. He took control of my computer, tried to ask me for payment info, told me he was actually a hacker in the end and hacked my computer, and then I had to call my actual Microsoft tech to resolve the situation.
