I answered once, it put me on hold so I hung up, I've blocked them but they call back with a different number. I have a new number n these calls are for the previous person. They call a few times a week. Annoying

The voice message says they need to talk to me about a past due bill. I've only had my number for about a month, so I think they are calling for the previous owners of my phone number. However, my voice mail clearly states my name so they should stop calling. two calls so far that I know of. the second time they did not leave a message.
