Lowe's Installer CRST Home Solutions (Company) reported by Kim
This company is an installer for Lowe's appliances (at least for me) and left me a message w/no name and a vague date. When I called, I spoke to someone that claimed they don't have Lowe's system information, and that's why they called the wrong number (I had changed it to my tenant), and ignored the notes on file. I hopefully got the number changed, and may or may not have had the correct info about re-scheduling possibilities. Either way, it's terrible customer service to pick a date, not give the time until the night before, and to say over the phone you have no choice about it. At this point, I believe I will NEVER use Lowe's installation services again.

Couldn't understand the name of the company that was given in the recording. No opportunity to speak with a human. Either take the appointment offered or don't. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWE'S. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFETIME.

I just received a similar call offering a Dec 17 appt but the call did not name the company or product. I had just bought appliances from Lowe's so they seem to be connected. Shoddy way to do business.
