Called to see about a personal loan was approved but never accepted or signed any paperwork now I get this phone call from a Victoria Caldwell saying they’re going to take me to court. I’m not sure if I should call them back or not plus I then received a paper in the mail saying that I couldn’t get the loan even with very good credit!

Received a loan offer via mail, called to inquire. The rates were NOT what they offered in print. It was classic BAIT & SWITCH. The offer was rejected. Immediately started receiving calls. I told them to remove my contact information, phone & email, along with other very personal information. Chad said he could not, that they must keep the info on file for 15 days. I then said remove ALL of my information at the end of the 15 days. He said he/they cannot, that they are required to keep my PERSONAL & PRIVATE INFO. Supposedly, according to some government agency &/or regulation. I requested that government agency & regulatory mandates, he said he did not have it. He mentioned their legal dept. I requested to speak to someone in their legal dept., he said he did not have their phone number & was unable to transfer me to the legal dept. Also, he did not have the SO-CALLED regulatory information that he CLAIMS that REQUIRES KEEPING MY PERSONAL & PRIVATE INFO.

I receiveved a pre-authorization letter for a loan from Discover. I called to discuss a consolidation loan. their rates we're very high, despite having a good credit score and told them I was absolutely not interested. Now I'm getting unsolicited calls.

I received an offer in the mail for a personal loan from Discover Loans. I talked to them. The rates were very high even though I have a high credit score. The rates were 10 points over what my credit cards charge. I rejected the loan. Now they call and email constantly.
