These folks called my parents house (I haven't lived there in a very long time) and told my mother, who has health issues, that if I didn't get in touch with them they would have me arrested. I tried to call them back to see what there probable cause for arrest would be. They wanted me to verify my "information" including my full name, date of birth, and social security number. I really hope that there are not people out there that fall victim to this type of scam! My poor mother was so upset thinking that I could get arrested. I explained to her about the scamming.

Received a call with this message. Transcribed Message Hi my name is Kerry I'm an independent process server with the Miami Dade County. Trying to get in contact with you concerning a complaint that is being filed which is also attached your name and social ending in xxxx. We've been unable to do so so unfortunately I do need you or your representing council to contact the office within the next 48 hours to avoid any other additional charges. And also from being placed on a schedule for myself or another process server to be sent either to your place of employment or residence. You will need to contact them directly at 3-055-478-9464. You'll need your County ID number which is 865792.

The call came through my phone on 3rd of June 2016 at 10:15 am and the agent used insulting and unprofessional word. He first stated that he will talk to me when i go learn how to talk, i told him he was stupid and he responded the my mama never raised me right. Good customer service communicate and listens, and not insults or discriminate against your assent. They should not be judgmental like this agent did, by asking me to go learn how to speak English.

she stated that there was a complaint against me and that they needed me to call within 48HRS or they would send a process server to serve me with legal papers at my place of employment, I never answer these calls and they do call ALOT and leave me voice mails, i did call back once and they were very rude and stated that i owed money for some collections.. blah blah blah and that if i didnt pay i can go to jail.. they have been calling me for about 2 years I am very annoyed and have blocked their number however they find a way to keep calling me.. UGHHHHHHHH

Called by these people do not know who they are demanded money they claimed I owed and if I didn't pay I would go to jail!! Then after I got counsel from attorney he told me to not answer any phone calls from numbers I did not know!! They continued to call and call want scammers!!!

I had a woman calling here for an account that she said was past due and if it wasn't addressed by 3pm that day our local sheriff was going to be sent out. Her name is Renee Garcia and she was super rude from the start of the call to the end. I called the # back and a lady named Lisa Robinson answered and when I asked to speak to the other woman's supervisor she asked for my name and transferred me back to Renee Garcia but not before yelling out " Hey T! Hey T!" then the call went to this Garcia lady (Sounds real professional doesn't it ). Garcia answered the phone asked how she could help me in a rude tone I asked for her supervisor twice before she transferred me to a Jason Reed who said he was " Director of operations" and tried to excuse her rudeness and said they would listen to the tapes to see if this Garcia lady needed to be reprimanded. Anyway there is several other sites saying these 3 are running a scam using the same names and number just changing the name of their company.
