Missed the call left a voice mail. I called back and would not give my name only my phone number. They said there were several names and addresses attached to my number and would not tell me a name attached. He said they would mail something and I asked for the address and he still wouldn’t give me one so I hung up.

"Comcast" Scam (Scam call) reported by


Showed up on my ATT phone as "Account Services." Caller said he was calling from Comcast and needed the last address where I had Comcast cable or my date of birth. When I asked what the call was regarding he said he had important information from Comcast but again needed my address or date of birth before he could provide it. I said no thanks and hung up.

Saturday I had a unpaid eat or visit bill from 2 1/2 years ago. It was never filed with my insurance and have never received a bill till I received one from a collection agency the lady on the phone was very rude and Obnoxious.So I hung up on her and blocked her number

They repeatedly asked me to confirm my identity. When asked to identify themself and company they said to someone else not on the call "He won't identify. Hang up."

When I answered they said they were from Eastern Account Services. They asked me to confirm personal information but when I refused to share personal information over the phone without knowing what it was in regards to they said they could no longer continue my phone call. (?)
