BS call alleging some filing at county clerks office, OR IF I WANTED AN OUT OF COURT DISMISSAL I HAD TO CALL A PHONE NUMBER , 844-312-9297 AND REFERENCE SOME CASE NUMBER WHICH I DIDNT BOTHER TO JOT DOWN. WHEN I WAITED TILL END OF CALL TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE FOR MORE INFORMATION,WHICH IS WHAT THEY INSTRUCTED, NO ONE CAME ON THE LINE AND INSTEAD, THE CALL WAS TERMINATED. BOGUS ROBOCALL. NEED NEW PRESIDENT TO PUT THE SCREWS TO PHONE COMPANIES TO END THIS BS. THEY HAVE THE ABILITY BUT JUST DONT WANT TO HAVE TO SPEND THE MONEY WHEN THEY MAKE MONEY ON EVERY SINGLE CALL MADE.

I ACTUALLY TOOK DOWN ALL THE INFORMATION, CALLED IT BACK AND ASKED SEVERAL QUESTIONS. SAID THEY ARE "PALMETTO STATE AND ASSC" THEY HANDLE PRE-LITIGATION. COULD NOT PULL MY NAME, OR THE IMAGINARY CASE NUMBER REFERENCED IN THE ROBO CALL. SAID THE WORK FOR THE "STATES ATTORNEY" BUT REFUSED TO SAY WHICH ONE.

Gave a different number toi call back and a WT###### number to reference. Claimed there are court proceedings and the robo call was apparentyl sufficient notification of them. Said to hold til end to speak to someone, but no one ever comes on and it hangs up after saying you have been notified. Called the number back yesterday and got several rude people on the phone, one of whom hung up on me when I said I didn't know what they were talking about and said good luck in court. Brittney Daniels is one name I was given and they told me I could only talk to her, but she never came back on the line. I am pretty sure I could hear her voice in the background. This kind of human garbage is why we need better consumer protections and why we need new people in congress who don't protect these predatory business with bad policies.
