I got a call from Charles on a recording who was intimidating about serving me papers. I pushed one and was told I owed $12,000... I called the creditor and that debt has been pain. Total scam!

Stated that they had a summons for me and it would be delivered in the next 24 to 48 hours. I would need 2 forms of ID and if it was at work a supervisor or security would need to sign off as a witness. If I didn't get the summons I would miss a court date.

They called and left a message that they were going to summons me at my house or place of employment within the next 24/48 hours and have 2 forms of ID. If at my employer, my supervisor would have to bear witness. I called back and they knew my name and last 4 of my ssn without me even giving them any info. They told me that I was being sued for $1706 for a debt in 2010 having to do with a totaled vehicle. They said the last payment was made in 2010 by the insurance company and they had me down as a "Refusal To Pay" status. The only thing that seemed remotely off, because everything else seemed accurate, was that they said they were going to file the summons with the Moody Prosecutors Office on the next day. There is no Moody Prosecutor's Office. They said that's the city I lived in when i had the wreck. It amazed me all the information they did have that was accurate though. I was truly worried this was legit.

Caller said he had a summons to serve me with and that I could contact the party who wanted me served at this number. This is NOT how normal process servers go about serving people. Called back this number and when I questioned the person who answered they told me to “get the wax out of your ears b**+h” and hung up on me. Complete scam!

I got a call 2 times in 2 months, the caller says they have a summons for me and I have to be home or at work with my boss being a witness when I am "Served" I can stop this if I call this number. But here is a hint, I haven't worked in 10 years, NO ONE would have a summons for me
