They claim they are Sullivan and Associates and they have allegations of check fraud against me and my social security number. I do not use checks so not sure how I have check fraud against my name. They have in the recording to call 844-221-4336 and if I do not they will serve my employer as well as my residence. They also claim they have notified me via mail and phone which this is the first I heard of this. They did not leave a court case number nor the amount of what was owed; nothing to refer me to whatever they are claiming. Just to call the number.

They claim they are Sullivan and associates out of Colorado and they said they are looking for my mother who has a file against her for some money that's not paid they said they have tried to reach her via mail but I know for a fact they have not because I do all her mail and bills. They said that she was going to be taken to court and she owes a certain amount of money but there is nothing in the mail and if you are being summoned to court or taken to court you get something in the mail especially being certified and nothing has come in when I approached them and told them they are fake they get snappy with me and hang up the phone on my face

Threatened legal action by filing for wage garnishment and attachment on social security number. Gave a file number and return number. Only gave first name and no other information on what type of debt or name of agency trying to collect and name of the original debt holder.
