You guys who marked this as a scam need to reconsider. This is the technician call center at comcast. They need to service the line that goes into your house because it is causing interference on the line. Your service is probably working, but it is an FCC violation to have interference on the line and comcast needs to fix it. If you don't take this call, comcast will disconnect you rather than pay the FCC fine. Dont trust me, look it up and stop blocking this number for heavens sake.

Said they were from Comcast and needed to check the connections inside my house. Just last week we had someone out to check the connections outside and I told the person that and they still said they needed to get into the house and asked when a good time would be. I told them I don't need that service and he said it was free and I said they never come out for free.

He said he was from Comcast and wanted to check the lines inside my house. I am not experiencing problems and did not contact them for any problems. He had an accent and was difficult to understand. I do not know if this call was legitimate or not but my instincts said it was not!?! I am going to contact Comcast and see if they know who this was!
