Received a call from this number, picked it up and received a recorded message trying to confirm a service appointment I had requested...the voice recording message had a very badly broken English speaking voice (not necessarily a bad or unexpected thing)--listened to the whole thing and called the number back and was answered in similarly broken English, but in a different voice--On the other end, the "representative" asked me to verify my address and phone number! Of course I refused! Additionally, there was a great deal of echo in the background. I then contacted TWC to verify its authenticity...The agent told me the number was NOT one of their "official" automated dispatch numbers. I asked for the correct number and it did NOT match this number. So, BEWARE!

THey have called more than once and continuously leaving a message that a technician will be out today. I did not call for anyone from Time Warner Cable. I called TWC on an offical number and they checked and said there was no tech coming for me. Just a scam call. Do not call them. Do not pick up at all. They will keep calling.
