Pathetic attempt to scare people into giving away information. They state the name and last four of SS#: This is information not difficult to obtain. As usual, I blocked call. Never answer 844#s: Nearly always scams these days.

Voicemail stated that I'm in breach of a legally binding contract and that they will file a lawsuit with the last 4 of my SSN. First off, they can't legally do that, they first have to make multiple attempts of contact. And no one that's real tells you ahead of time they're taking you to court.

law office of Jacobs and Kline. Check fraud- total scam (Telemarketer) reported by


they left a message saying my name and social were linked as primary defendant in check fraud case. I called back (they answered sounded like a call room, didnt answer with a business greeting just a hello) I was transferred to the woman who called and i asked for the name and address of the law firm and told the woman that the message sounded like a scam. She very irritated said yes your probably right we will proceed with the case and hung up! Pretty sure a legit law firm has to give its address when asked. Pretty sure a legit law firm wont hang up on you.
