I have a voicemail saying "You are being contacted by the process division we need to verify the contact address as well as place of business to proceed against you at this time you are forfeiting your rights to take care of this matter outside of court we will contact your human resources department to follow proper protocol and proceeded to have you served on the property again the client is willing to rectify this matter if they hear from you today press one to speak with an agent or contact our office at (834)277-0232 one calling in short to reference your case number..." I have no case against me. They're trying to scam money out of people so please don't fall for this scam! I hope this information is helpful!

They called to say they were going to send someone to my work if I did not call them back and set up a payment plan. I work in the court system, this isn't how things work. I don't have any debt and they had my name wrong.

Don't remember, called back and said something about mediation (Telemarketer) reported by TL
Mediation for someone I've never heard of. The automated original call threatened me with legal action. I pressed 1 simply to see where this was going and got a voicemail for Spartan assets llc I think. I left a message. Hung up, called back and spoke to someone. They stated they would remove my number.

INformed me that they would send the police to my work and arrest me. This was on a recording. Called back with my user ID blocked. I informed them that I did not appreciate threats. The female informed me that she didn't threaten me but she wanted to tell me something. I hung up. These people are crooks. I am not in debt. I do not have any warrants. They are preying on innocent people.
