They called, asked for me by name, I asked who was calling, he said something garbled that ended in 'Financial'. I said 'Sorry can you repeat that?' and he repeated the garbled name and said 'Your auto loan has been approved.' I replied that I have not applied for an auto loan. He hung up on me.

I deliberately phoned this number back. PEOPLE, GET THIS LEGAL FACT! These are PEOPLE who have entered YOUR PRIVATE DOMAIN. They HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION to TELL YOU what they are calling about. So, I immediately call these people back. They have 'identi-call' and ask "Don?" THEY ALWAYS have a chinese or asian accent. I immediately start shouting at them and calling THEM every expletive in the book that IS NOT RACIST IN ANY WAY and ask them what their name is and what company they work for. When they refuse to answer and hang up, I phone back (in this case, I did this 9 times, yes). I warn them that they have just engaged in violation of the Canadian Criminal code and have just committed Obstruction of Justice. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT than a purported 'sales person' or 'tax collector' showing up on your doorstep. YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO FORCE THEM TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. Failing to identify themselves becomes A DELIBERATE OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, because THEY are NOT identifying their persons and are hence hiding from accountability from police action, or any other option you may want to take to stop them 'appearing on your doorstep'. So, yes, answer the call and get bloody abusive to them. THEY ARE CALLING YOU AND YOU DID NOT ASK THEM TO.... Don MacAlpine, Wolseley, Saskatchewan

I keep getting harassing calls from this company after requesting that my number to be removed from their calling list, and since then I'm still getting calls from people using profanity and speaking another language. When requesting to speak with a manager they hang up. The website they directed to appears suspect. WWW.YOURCL.COM none of the links work and it's requesting a lot of personal information.
