I received the same message from this Sarah Gates. Good luck serving someone that's not home! These people portray as a legit business, but lie to get your attention. Scam & harassing! !

Call I received made the same claim. Deliver papers between 3 and 5 to my home and place of work. Claimed I would be refusing a court date if I didn't sign the papers and they would proceed to charge me. Complete scam call...I wonder if they are the same people who have been sending me the scam emails like this too....

I received a call from Susan B. making claims to attempt to obtain my signature for legal documents between 3-5. If she could not get a hold of me than that was me refusing to receive what documents she was supposed to be delivering and I will miss my court, as well as saying I have been officially "notified". Well the county "Susan B." was associating herself with was New Castle County as an independent processor. On the voicemail she did not say if she was from family court, court of common pleas, juvenile court or nothing. New Castle County has an area code of 302 and her call back number was 832-284-7077. when I called back it was a male on the voicemail. She even went on to leave a bogus case number. Well I am so glad I did my searches vs jumping to her scam tactics.

Some guy name James Moore, saying he was going to deliver some legal documents to me between the hours of 3 and 5 pm and if I was there to sign for them that it meant I was going to admit to the charges brought against me and that the court was going to processed with the court date and I would be charged. Scam, so sick and tired of getting this calls

The guy sounded legit, but I waited out THE DELIVERY of this document, no one ever showed. Just a scam.
