I get calls from this automated marketing robot almost every other day from a different phone number. Every time I answer and heat the beginning, "hello, this is Ray" I hang up and block the call but then they just call back from another number in a day or two

Ray always answers, very distinctive voice, tried talking over you immediately. This is for some sort of donation for law enforcement scam. They use several numbers, calling several times a day and week. Repeatedly asked to remove from list and on do not call list. REPORTED complaint to PUC of Texas.
