SCAM/FRAUD CALL (Scam call) reported by JAN
THEY CALLED ME SAYING MY SISTER NEEDED TO CALL THEM WITHIN 24 HOURS OR THEY WOULD DELIVER DOCUMENTS TO HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT BASICALLY SAYING IF WE DID NOT CALL BACK WITH HER ADDRESS THEY WOULD SHOW UP AT HER PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO CAUSE A DISTURBANCE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO HER. SHE WAS SCAMMED BY THIS TYPE OF THING BEFORE AND THEY GOT $1000.00+ DOLLARS OUT OF HER. UNLESS YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I ANSWER.

Joe was the name of the person who called saying the same thing. Called back saying I can wire money to stop the process so I told him that he can submit what legal documents to my lawyer he then said that am going to regret not handling this matter between us

He called claiming he had legal papers he had to deliver. He called a friend of mine asking for info on me...Was very rude..I checked our county court, I contacted my attorney attorney..This was a scam. They get your soft credit report - like all the junk mail you get for "pre-approved" stuff...They then call you claiming you owe $ and threaten you with being served. It's a collection scam.

They just called me saying that they have papers for me me from SCM? That if I don't call them in the next 24 hours they'll have to go to my place of employment. Even claimed he had a case number...

They called looking for a cousin I have seen or talked to in years saying they had legal papers that had to get to him with in 24 hrs ugh I know life is rough but shoot get a new job

They also called me and said they had legal papers and said I had to call within 24 hours or they would have the papers delivered to my job.
