A woman called me. First apologizing for the random call. I gave her my time because she was pleasant. She said that she needed to ask questions for a green program to see if I qualified for solar panels. I told her I didnt feel comfortable because I have no idea what the call was for. She told me about why...apparently they arecalling..she starting asking my childrens age. I informed her that I was not going to. She kept pushing the questions and I kept saying i was uncomfortable. She stated that she understood and then asked 2 more questions... forgetting totally about the question before that I told her I wasn't going to answer. I did answer the other two as they were not invasive. She then told me I qualified and asked if it was ok to set up an appointment.. even after I told her I was not comfortable scheduling something I dont know about and that I didnt ask for. I was also clear I was not interested in any program that solar panels are not owned by me. Again she said she understood. Then she asked again to schedule. It was not until I told her I was going to hang up because she was not listening to what I was telling her that she said thank you for taking the call and being patient with her.
