I don’t know who they are but they knew my name. I told them i didn’t have a subscription with them. I end the call. The call center rep was from overseas.

Started speaking possible ‘confirmation of’ then the following: voicemail, “Your subscription if you want to cancel the subscription please call us instantly _****_ support 1-818-651-7944 I repeat the number 1-818-651-7944 if you are not the subscriber of PCP care maintenance service please disconnect the call immediately and call us at 1-818-651-7944 thank you and have a wonderful day…”
