So first I received a message on my phone informing me that my monthly bill was paid for and that since I was a qualified member of AT&T and stuck with their services for about 3 years that I was eligible for a pair of Air Pod Pros(when I saw that I just got super stoked and happy and forgot the possibility of it being fake). So I pressed the link and it redirected me to some website (I totally forgot what it was, I remember I tried searching it up and the website wasn’t there like it was a fake website, and that you would only be able to go on it if you pressed the link) and automatically it put in my cart “Air Pod Pros” so I scrolled down and pressed continue “so I could hurry up the process and receive my item”. Whilst I continue more items would pop up asking me if I wanted to add “Free Smart Watch” or “Yoga Membership” included with Air Pods, and I pressed no and pressed continue.. Finally I make it to the “Add your Debit or Credit Card”, I put my information in and it purchased.. but I received a message on my phone that it had taken out $78 when the Air pods were free but with $5 shipping, so I refund everything and called their number telling them about the situation and how it took more then what was said, the first thing that came out of their mouth was “I’m very sorry but, the items are already being loaded into the trucks and being shipped out” but in my head I only purchased it 10 minutes ago… so I don’t know but anyway im ticked off and **** that they can’t give me a refund. “ I called the bank and they were able to give me a refund on the “yoga membership” and the “Smart watch” that I never even wanted in the first plae” on the air pods so I’m like what ever… I waited 2 days and they arrive so I bring them in my room and when I go to open the package I take them out and the air pod case seemed to be different then the ones I’ve seen online, so I looked them up and truth be told they were fake.. and exact replica but fake…. I don’t know what to do.
