if this is truly SBA, why doesn't anyone answer the calls? An answering machine that does not give the company name? You can't leave a message unless you know or have a pin number? Very misleading

The SBA website says no one will be contacted by SBA unsolicited. This is unsolicited and unclear the intention of the call. I do have a loan from SBA but the name of the business was incorrect on the email sent prior to the phone call.
