This criminal, who gives their location only as "Fort Worth" and answers the phone as "Quality Air Choice", rings my various lines dozens of times a week playing the same recording for unlimited air duct cleaning. All called numbers have been on FTC DNC list for years. If you ask for their street address, they hang up. They are violating at least six points of the TCPA: 1. Use of unsolicited call. 2. Use of recorded announcement 3. Ignoring or not honoring FTC DNC list 4. Ignoring requests to remove made by Called Party 5. Failing to identify the organization at the start of the recording. 6. Calls to cell phone numbers in mobile blocks.

It is unethical and illegal for these people to KEEP calling me. I have tried choosing the option that I am interested in their duct cleaning just so I can beg them not to call me again. I tried blocking the number but they dont use the same number every time. I cant block unknown numbers because I could miss a job opportunity call back. I am on the federal do not call list but they keep calling. How in the world can I stop these people from harassing me. These folks times the plethora of others that call me every day. I am so angered that I have to let them harass me. I am powerless! I guess and have to continue putting up with the abuse. Is there any way to finds out who it is? Please help someone!
