I switched from Sprint yrs ago due it unapproved charges totalling $3k on my bill for phones they said in the store were free. They even tried to charge my bank account after I left them. All phones were returned within 30 days of purchase and they never credited them back. Credit burrows even removed them from my credit. Now they think they can try again 4 years latter. Nope!

I have trap call. The message this number left was "Dear Verizon Wireless Customer your account had been suspended. For verification to reactivate your account, please press one to speak with a customer service representative". Of course my Verizon account has not been suspended. This is a scam phishing call.

Recieved a robocall saying my account had been flagged for security purposes. I was asked to enter my pin number(entered 1234), then was asked to enter last for of SSN(entered 9876). Then the recording changed and said all representatives were busy and would call back in about 30 minutes before disconnecting. I would have been very concerned if I had Sprint...

Thought the call was phishy and did not give any info to the man while on the call. Through research, they get your pin and file an insurance claim with Asurion on your phone and try to get a free phone from you. This often makes your current phone unusable.
