IRS scare scam with a foreign accent; probably a call center in India or pakistan by the accent. I asked for address they waffled about then hung up. i called back and he did the same. I called back and he said oh no, not again and hung up. I called back got a busy. I waited a few minutes and called back and blasted him with profane, vulgar, violence personal threats. He hung up. I called back again and he had number on hold to give a busy signal. I called a few more times to keep their line tied up and got a busy each time. I recommend everyone do this to shut down their phone lines.
