Portfolio Recovery again, one of the thousands of numbers they use, and I continue to block. They have been calling and harassing me every single day (sometimes multiple times a day), for the past two years, looking for someone I do not know. They will not stop calling, and they hang up on ME when I try to tell them I don’t know the person they are calling for, and to please stop contacting me. Looking into filing a cease and desist with these vultures, they are ridiculous!
